Here’s your quick guide to get you set up and running in C-Me with links to our onboarding videos and help articles. To access these resources at any time, click the ‘?’ in the top navigation bar. Or book an onboarding session with our customer support team who are on hand to help you.


Setting up your account

Input your company name, location and industry to get started. Then add your logo, choice of colour, website and social links. This helps us make your job post look stylish and on-brand.

Creating a video job description to market your job

70% of candidates who open a video job post will press the play button and watch your video marketing the job. This is huge candidate engagement and will result in lots more applications. In C-Me, it’s incredibly easy to make a great video.

Record short videos (we recommend under 30 seconds) using content prompts designed to help you market your job. Follow our guide to add Gen Z appeal, or create Employee Generated Content that is proven to create huge candidate engagement.

Creating and sharing your job

Add your job details, and type or copy in your job description. Use the SEO headings generator to help your job rank higher in the search engines. Then…

  1. Add a link to your Video job description (highly recommended)

  2. Choose where candidates apply (via C-Me or your own ATS)

  3. Add a Video interview (where using C-Me)

Preview and publish your job (automatic listings with Google Jobs) and share it on social media. Track candidate engagement in real-time. Add hiring team members to help you assess candidates.
