Includes changing personal data, adding users and amending the email template texts.

This section is where we store your personal information entered at sign-up which you can add and change here (except your email). You can also add your position and a photo.


Adding users

All company users are shown here with their roles. For information on what each role can do, please see the User Role article.

Only Administrators can add and edit roles on this screen. To add a new user, enter their email and select their role. They will be sent an invitation by email to sign-up. Note a second Administrator can be added if required.

Job Managers can also invite colleagues to help assess candidates for a specific job. This is managed within the team settings of the job itself. Once added they will be displayed as a ‘viewer’ but this can be changed by the administrator if required.


Changing the texts in your email templates

When an applicant's status is changed to ‘Rejected’ by a Job Manager a pop-up box is displayed asking whether to send a rejection letter or not.

The text for the rejection letter defaults from the Text section in the Company Settings. The data in triple brackets (applicant name, job title, job manager and company name) is dynamically populated at the time the letter is sent. The letter can also be amended prior to sending.

If the default text has been amended by the Administrator but needs to be reset back to the system default, this is done in the company settings by pressing the Reset Text button.
