Watch onboarding videos showing how to do this here and here.

There are two areas in the video library:

  1. Record - where you record, upload and store video content

  2. Animate - where you combine and animate video content with our easy animation features

Record videos using our content prompts

Click ‘Record’ at the top of your screen to get started. There are content prompts that will help you:

  • Market your company and job opportunity

  • Excite Gen Z job seekers

  • Create Employee Generated Content (proven to engage candidates)

Or record your own content and label the videos with your own titles.

Record your video using your mobile camera or computer webcam. Alternatively, you can upload a video from your files. We recommend recording in landscape mode.

Tip - Teleprompter Apps make recording a great video very quick and easy. You can read more about using these here.

Combine and animate your videos

If you’ve created two or three videos to excite candidates about your role then it’s very easy to combine and animate them with your branding and custom texts.

Click the Animated Videos tab heading.

To get a feel for what can be created in C-Me there are sample videos you can watch by toggling the switch at the top.

Click ‘Animate’ to get started.

The Preview panel that you see at the top of the screen is where the video that you are making can be reviewed before saving. Initially, it shows:

  • An opening animation (using data you entered when setting up your account)

  • The onboarding video for animations

  • A closing animation using a default text.

Create your opening animation

The branding from your company settings is copied into the opening animation panel, all of which can be amended here.

Add a video segment

Click Add Video and insert one of your recorded videos. You can also record or upload one here too (we’ll save your uploaded video for future use).

Add the name and job title of the presenter into the Heading and Sub-heading fields if you would like these to be displayed on the video.

The volume of the soundtrack is automatically lowered to a background level but you can turn the soundtrack off completely by toggling the Mute soundtrack switch.

Add more video segments

Click Add video segment to add another video. C-Me automatically edits these videos together for you with an animated transition using text that you enter to introduce the next video.

Customise your closing animation

Finally, add a custom call to action text that is shown in a closing animation with your logo to encourage viewers to click apply.

Preview & finalise your video

Scroll back up to the top of the page to preview how the final video looks. Then choose a thumbnail image or upload your own image.

When you’re happy with how your video looks, scroll back down and click Finalise.

It takes a few minutes for C-Me to process your video so that it will play on any device. This status indicator will tell you when it's ready and we also send you an email to let you know.

Your animated video can then be added to your job which we explain here.
