Watch the onboarding video showing how to do this here

Applicant Dashboard

Click the image in the Grid view of the job dashboard (or arrow in List view) to view job applicants.

The Job title is displayed in the top left corner (the back arrow returns you to the Job Dashboard). The toggle in the top right corner controls if the job is published.

Use the blue Actions dropdown to preview, edit or share the job, add hiring team members, and share a selection of your filtered applicants.

Applicants are initially marked as ‘New’ and recent applicants are shown first, but you can filter by status and sort by rating.

Click the 3-dot icon to share an individual application with colleagues or email the applicant.

Viewing job applications and video interviews

Click the image (arrow in list view) to view a job application. It opens in a new browser window.

Scroll through your job applications using the Prev & Next buttons.

Click play to watch the video (the settings in the bottom right corner of the video panel control the volume and full-screen mode).

The profile section displays the applicant's name, the role applied for, location, strengths and what they are looking for. You can download their CV and view their social profile where added by the applicant.

Note - Instead of attaching a CV, applicants can add their experience and education in C-Me. This is only shown where completed.

Sharing candidate notes and ratings

Click the note icon to add a note or view notes made by other hiring team members. Rate applicants by clicking the thumbs-up icon. The average rating is displayed in brackets.

Applicant statuses and the hiring workflow

Change the applicant Status to move job applicants through the hiring workflow (this is done by the Job Manager). Applicant statuses are displayed in different colours to make it easier to see who is at which stage.

Choose whether to shortlist, interview or reject your applicants.

Note - where an applicant decides to withdraw their application the status changes to ‘Withdrawn’. They can also delete their application completely in which case it will no longer be available to view.

Automatic notifications

When rejecting an applicant, you have the option to email the applicant automatically. The default text for the email is set by the Administrator in Settings and can be amended at the time of sending.

The email can include text dynamically generated at the time it’s sent such as: candidate name, position applied for and job manager. This saves administration time and reduces the risk of error.

If you reject an applicant without sending a letter then you can always send it later.

The Daily Digest Report

You’ll receive a daily email advising of job applications received in the previous 24 hours for any published jobs that you are associated with.

Click the numbers in the email to go directly to the application dashboard. No email is sent if there are no new applications.
